Kick’n Chicken Breakfast Sausage Hash

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil
  • 2 yellow potatoes (diced)
  • 2 sweet potatoes (diced)
  • ½ yellow onion
  • 4 breakfast KICK’N CHICKEN sausage (cut up fine)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

  • Prep time: 6 mins
  • Cook Time: 15 mins
  • Servings:
  1. Heat cooking oil in a large cast iron skillet.
  2. Add diced potatoes, onions, and seasoning
  3. Sauté on medium heat, stirring until sides of potatoes are browned.
  4. Add your chicken sausage to the pan and stir with a large spoon for 3 minutes.
  5. Use your spoon to create 4 holes in your hash. Crack one a in each whole. Add a little salt and pepper on each egg. Cover and turn down the heat. Cook until done. Garnish with green onions and serve.
