Kick’n Chicken Breakfast Sausage Hash
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil
- 2 yellow potatoes (diced)
- 2 sweet potatoes (diced)
- ½ yellow onion
- 4 breakfast KICK’N CHICKEN sausage (cut up fine)
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper

- Prep time: 6 mins
- Cook Time: 15 mins

- Heat cooking oil in a large cast iron skillet.
- Add diced potatoes, onions, and seasoning
- Sauté on medium heat, stirring until sides of potatoes are browned.
- Add your chicken sausage to the pan and stir with a large spoon for 3 minutes.
- Use your spoon to create 4 holes in your hash. Crack one a in each whole. Add a little salt and pepper on each egg. Cover and turn down the heat. Cook until done. Garnish with green onions and serve.
